This is our favourite play pant for several reasons. One, it's comfy (made in the softest cotton). Two, the sturdy elastic waistband, with the faux drawstring detail, might have been a bonus for your toilet-training toddler/preschooler, but long after he's trained, he'll reach for these pants himself for ease of pull up and pull down for very busy boys.
